When I started my fitness journey in March 2024, the only changes I made were swapping milk for homemade oat milk and walking an hour every day. That's it. From there I built, step by step, into where I am now. I believe real change doesn't come from overhauling your life overnight — it comes from small, consistent steps toward something sustainable.
By making these small choices, I started to feel good. I noticed changes in the way I treated myself and the people around me. Fitness is what brought that shift — and if incorporating it into my life could bring that kind of joy, I want to show others that it's possible too. Focus on health first, and everything else will fall into place.
